Hendi - Cooling Element for GN 1/1 Containers

Designed for use in thermal boxes, it maintains a temperature between 0-4°C for several hours thanks to the eutectic plate. Before use: freeze at -18°C for 24 hours or until completely solid. To check if it's ready, shake the element: if you don't hear anything moving inside, it's ready. Contains water and sodium polyacrylate.
