OLIX - Oil Filtration System OLIX M

OLIX M cleans oil with a simple, fast, and hygienic filtration process, keeping fryers clean. It can be used with hot oil, filters and removes floating particles, and eliminates bitter/burnt residues. At the end of the set cycle (4.5 minutes standard), it stops automatically, and the oil is immediately reusable for new frying. Equipped with indicator lights, it is ideal for 1 to 4 fryers with up to 20 liters capacity (residue in the tank: light/medium).
