The 2100 series shares the same characteristics as the 1100 series. The only difference lies in a different handle design for items with two handles. Ideal for all types of cooking: gas, electric, glass-ceramic, and induction. All items are equipped with a special heat-diffusing base, suitable for induction cooktops as well.
