Non-stick silicone mat, perfect for rolling out dough, preparing cookies, brioches, and other pastry and bakery items. Resistant to temperatures ranging from -40°C to +280°C. Can be placed on the work surface or directly on the baking tray, as a substitute for baking paper and foil, and as a base for casseroles and fruit tarts.
