Non-stick silicone mat, ideal for rolling out dough, preparing cookies, brioches, and other bakery and pastry products. Resistant to temperatures from -40°C to +280°C. Can be placed on the work surface or directly on the baking tray, as a substitute for parchment paper and foil, serving as a base for casseroles and fruit tarts. Made of fiberglass fabric coated with food-grade silicone on both sides. Hand wash with warm water and a non-abrasive sponge.
