Round pizza pan by Paderno, perfect for pizzas, cakes, and focaccias. The high edges ensure that the dough does not spill over during baking, keeping the oven clean. The iron is an excellent heat conductor, ensuring even cooking and promoting the dough's airiness. Resistant to high temperatures in electric, gas, or convection ovens. Before first use, brush with oil and bake at 150°C for about 30 minutes. Clean with kitchen paper. Never wash with water and soap to avoid removing the oily layer that prevents rust formation.
