Round pizza pan by Paderno, perfect for slice pizzas, focaccias, cakes, etc. The high edges ensure the dough doesn't spill over during baking, helping to keep the oven clean. Steel is an excellent heat conductor, ensuring even cooking and enhancing the dough's structure. Resistant to high temperatures in electric, gas, or convection ovens. Before first use, brush with oil and bake at 150°C for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely and repeat the process to create a patina that makes the pan non-stick.
