Iron is an excellent heat conductor, ensuring even baking and promoting the formation of air pockets in the dough. Resistant to high temperatures in electric, gas, or convection ovens. Before first use, brush with oil and bake at 150°C for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely and repeat the process to create a patina that makes the pan non-stick.
