System consisting of a tank that allows perfect low-temperature cooking of vacuum-packed foods. The grid at the bottom of the device protects the heating element from the bag immersed in water. Thanks to the sous-vide system, the internal space of the tank can be used up to 70% for food. You can cook any type of food, from meat to fish, even vegetables and fruit, all vacuum-packed and at a constant temperature: the heating element fixed at the bottom ensures the water maintains a uniform temperature throughout the tank volume.
