Round pizza pan by Paderno, perfect for deep-dish pizza, focaccia, cakes, and more. The high edges ensure the dough doesn't spill over during baking, helping to keep the oven clean. Iron is an excellent heat conductor, ensuring even baking and promoting dough aeration. Resistant to high temperatures in electric, gas, or convection ovens. Before first use, brush with oil and bake at 150°C for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely and repeat the process to create a non-stick patina on the pan.
