Round pizza pan by Paderno, perfect for deep-dish pizza, focaccia, cakes, etc. The high edges ensure that the dough does not spill over during baking, helping to keep the oven clean. Steel is an excellent heat conductor, ensuring even cooking and enhancing the dough's texture. Resistant to high temperatures in electric, gas, or convection ovens. Before first use, brush with oil and bake at 150°C for approximately 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely and repeat the process to create a non-stick coating.
