System consisting of a tank that allows perfect low-temperature cooking of vacuum-packed foods. The grid at the bottom of the device protects the heating element from the bag immersed in water. Thanks to the sous-vide system, 70% of the tank's internal space can be used for food. You can cook all types of food, from meat to fish, and even vegetables and fruits – all vacuum-packed and at a constant temperature: the heating element fixed at the bottom ensures the water remains at a uniform temperature throughout the tank.
